Ultimamente tenho publicado o NOTD às segundas-feira, como hoje não é excepção aqui fica a sugestão de manicure para a semana...
Lately I've been publishing the NOTD on mondays, so has today is no exception, here you have my manicure suggestion for this week...

Esta é uma manicure com uma reviravolta no dedo anelar.
A cor base utilizada é o Cliché kahki (marca Portuguesa), que como podem ver é uma cor muito neutra quase pastel. Na foto não tenho top coat para que vejam que o próprio verniz não é muito glossy. Só com o top coat é que conseguimos aquele brilho efeito molhado nas unhas.
No anelar apliquei o Catrice khaki perry. Uma cor khaki iridescente com um undertone dourado.
This manicure has a twist in the ring finger.
The used base color is the Cliché's kahki (Portuguese brand), that has you can see is a very neutral almost pastel color. In the picture, I have no top coat so you can see that this nail polish itself is not very glossy. Only with a top coat can we get that wet shine in the nails.
Then, in the ring finger I applied Catrice's khaki perry. An iridescent color with a gold undertone.

Não se nota muito a cor diferente no dedo anelar, a não ser que bata a luz e aí sim, o dourado sobresai e a cor torna-se mais vibrante.
We can't see much diference in the ring finger unless the light hits and then the gold undertone stands out becoming a much more vibrant color.

Stone by Stone

Ontem aproveitei o dia de sol para cuscar novos produtos de bijuteria, e qual não foi o meu espanto dar com esta maravilha...
Yesterday just catch up a sunny day to go on a search on new trinkets/ bijouterie and  surprisingly just found this wonder...

 

Foi na montra da Stone by Stone que vi este fio e tive que o trazer para casa.

It was in the window of the Stone by Stone that I saw this pendant and just had to bring it home.

Não querendo retirar o protagonismo à peça principal, a caixa na minha opinião é um mimo. A forma como se abre revelando o produto está muito bem conseguida.

 Not wanting to take the spotlight from the main piece, the box in my opinion is just a cuttie thing. The way it opens revealing the item is very well done.

E voilá, o pendente feito em laca chinesa, num tom azul esverdeado, alusivo ao ano do Dragão, muito bonito para a Primavera/ Verão com uma t-shirt branca e jeans.
And voilá, the pendent made of Chinese lac, in a greenish blue tone, allusive to the chinese Dragon new year, very lovely to wear with a white t-shirt and jeans for the Spring/ Summer season.

Aqui fica um pormenor.

A laca chinesa é um composto resinoso conseguido através de várias árvores. Tem multiplas funções, sendo a principal, uma forma de verniz de acabamento. Wikipedia

Este pendente, é claramente conseguido através de um molde, contudo não deixa de ser uma peça muito bonita para o dia a dia mais casual.

A agora o melhor de tudo, o preço... pois é meninas €2!!! Comprei-o em saldo.
Fica o conselho, corram que a loja tem peças muito bonitas a começar nos €2. Este foi comprado no forum Montijo. Ainda existem pulseiras no mesmo composto e nas mais variadas cores.

Clearly made out of a mold, yet still a very pretty everyday/ casual piece.

And now the best of all, the price... yes girls €2!!! Just bought it on sale,

The shop has very lovely pieces starting at the price of €2. And they also have bracelets made from the same compound in lots of colors.

UD NAKED2

No passado dia 14 de Fevereiro, apareceu-me esta prenda cá em casa... já sabem do que estou a falar?

In the past February 14th, this showed up at home... do you know what I am talking about?

A tão esperada paleta da Urban Decay, a Naked 2!!! 

The so expected Naked 2 palette from Urban Decay!!!

As cores são muito pigmentadas, que apesar de serem em pó compacto quase que parecem cremosas na sua aplicação. Os acabamentos variam entre o mate, shimmer e glitter.
Depois de aplicadas, trabalham-se/ esfumam-se muito bem.
A qualidade da mesma já é a esperada pela UD, sempre nota 10.
The colors are very pigmented, and despite of being a compact powder they do fell like very creamy when applied. The finishes are matte, shimmer and glitter.
They are really easy to work with after applied on the lid.
The quality is the expected from UD, 10 out of 10.

Além do mais, traz um pincel duplo tamanho normal, o Good Karma, um lado aplica a sombra e o outro esfuma. Também de excelente qualidade, muito macio, apenas vendido com esta paleta.
Also brings Good Karma brush, a double ended crease and shadow brush. Excellent quality, very soft, sold only with this palette.

Para além do pincel, esta paleta trás o lip gloss "Lip Junkie" na cor Naked, em formato de amostra. Uma cor lindissima para estes dias de sol. A tampa do mesmo faz-me lembrar a paleta UD anniversary, pelo desenho.
Beside the brush, we also get the travel size "Lip Junkie" lip gloss in the color Naked. Gorgeous color, the lid reminds me of the anniversary palette, for it's design.
 

A cor favorita? A pistol, um castanho acetinado com um undertone cinza, lindo lindo lindo! Optimo para colocar no canto do olho para fazer um esfumado.

Favourite color? Pistol, a pretty pretty pretty satiny greyish taupe brown! Great for the crease.

A caixa é metalica, na minha opinião melhor que a outra paleta Naked (se bem que a outra é mais bonita ao olho e ao toque, esta torna-se mais resistente) faz lembrar um estojo das aulas da primária, um bocadinho revivalista. As letras em relevo apelam ao toque. É uma embalagem muito bem conseguida, não tenho defeitos a apontar.

The metallic box, in my opinion, is a little bit better than the other Naked box (wich is prettier on the eye and the touch, but this one is more resistant) it reminds me of a school pencil case. The embossed letters are very appealing to the touch. A very good packaging, with no flaws.

O preço... penso que seja o mesmo que a Naked €41. 

Um pouco caro? Se pensarmos num todo, de modo algum! Para a qualidade da paleta e a pigmentação das cores esta paleta é extremamente em conta. Se dividirmos as 12 cores pelo preço, cada uma fica a pouco mais de €3 e ainda temos o pincel que é optimo.

Little expensive? Not at all, if we consider the quality and color payoff. If we divide the 12 colors by its price, each color is a little more than €3 and we still have a double ended brush.

Open box VEET easy wax

Há umas semanas atrás o Trendy foi seleccionado, para fazer um review desta nova cera da Veet.

A caixa de transporte era enorme comparada com a caixa que trazia o equipamento.

A few weeks ago, the Trendy was selected to do a review about this new Veet wax.

The packaging was a little big compared with the box inside.

Além da caixa normal com a cera, recebi igualmente um livrete explicativo da campanha, bem como 20 vouchers para oferecer às amigas. 100% gratis para quem quiser experimentar, só têm que enviar o talão de compra para a Veet que posteriormente serão reembolsadas,  Yey
Ao mesmo tempo, trazia também uns inqueritos para as amigas preencherem com a opinião sincera acerca do produto.
Beside the Veet box, I also got a booklet explaining the campaign, and 20 vouchers to offer to a friend for a 100% refund if the Veet wax was bought, Yey
Also brought a few inquiries for the friends to talk about if they liked the product or not, and give their opinions.

A caixa contém o aparelho Veet para aquecer a cera com o respectivo apoio de mesa, a recarga da cera e a ficha para ligar à electricidade. 4 toalhitas pós depilatórias e as bandas para retirar a cera, bem como um panfleto informativo.

The box contains the Veet wax heater with a table stand, the wax, and an electrical plug. 4 perfect finish wipes, the wax strips and the info panflet.

A recarga já no aparelho pronto a usar.
And it the ready to use.

Bastam 20 minutos para que a cera fique pronta a usar.
Aplica sempre uma camada fina e sempre uniforme, sem sujidades nem pingos. Não sobreaquece, o que é optimo,e é super confortável, espalha-se muito bem na pele.
It takes only 20 minutes to get it ready to use.
Applies a thin even coat, no mess or spills. Doesn't overheat, wich is great and it's super comfortable has it spreads like a breeze in the skin.

Pessoalmente, não tinha muitos pelos, mas os que tinha eram pequenos e a cera foi muito eficaz! Retirou quase tudo.
Personally I didn't have a lot of hair, and they where quite small, however it was very effective!
It took almost everything.

A embalagem torna-se muito prática para guardar as recargas. Não há sujidades para além do que se retirou, não temos que esperar que arrefeça ou solidifique para a guardar.
A depilação é praticamente indolor e eficaz. Um salão não faria melhor.
The packaging is great to keep the wax until a next time. Doesn't get dirty besides of what was used, we don't have to wait until it has cooled down or to solidify to store it.
The waxing is painless and effective. A beauty salon won't do better.

A opinião do Trendy é sincera e apesar de o aparelho ser oferecido não muda em nada o review.
Recomendado a 100% para quem não quer gastar muitos €€ no salão de beleza ou sujar a casa com cera da depilação.
As recargas são um pouco caras, a €10 cada uma, mas se pensarmos que cada uma dá para pelo menos 4 meias pernas, não é um mau preço.
Existe para as pernas (que tem a cabeça grande como as fotos acima) e a de zona de biquini (cabeça mais pequena para o pormenor).
O aparelho completo ronda os €20, consoante onde o comprarmos.
Trendy's opinion is sincere and altough the product was free, it doesn't change the sincere review.
It's 100% recommended for those who don't want to spend a lot of €€ in a beauty salon or make a home mess out of waxing.
